About Pantorev-D
Pantorev-D combines pantoprazole, which lowers stomach acid, with domperidone, which helps the stomach empty. The domperidone is split into an immediate release part and a sustained release part, so it acts quickly and lasts through the day.

Uses of Pantorev-D
- Gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), where stomach acid flows back into the food pipe
- Acidity and heartburn with nausea, bloating or a feeling of fullness
Prescribing decisions rest with the registered medical practitioner.
How Pantorev-D works
Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor: it blocks the pump in the stomach lining that makes acid. Domperidone is a prokinetic: it increases the movement of the stomach and helps it empty, which also reduces nausea and the backward flow of food.
How to use Pantorev-D
- Take it exactly as prescribed, usually once a day, before a meal (often before breakfast).
- Swallow the capsule whole with water. Do not chew, crush or open it.
If you miss a dose
Take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one and carry on as usual. Never take two doses together to make up for it.
